I was called to this work. During a big transition in her life, a dear friend asked me if I would take intimate photos of her for her own self empowerment. That session, a day spent playing in the river celebrating her body, changed me forever. This began a life-long passion for showing people themselves; raw, real, beautiful.

I believe that photography is about more than just pretty pictures. I focus on representing bodies in landscapes and scenes that are healing and transformative, thus capturing those ethereal moments of pure connection, belonging and love. We are elements of nature, we belong here among the rivers, rocks, and roots just as we belong in our own skin.
